What is Celluma LED Therapy?

This is a non-invasive Light treatment which uses specific wavelengths of light energy for therapeutic and cosmetic benefit. The device helps in regenerating the compromised cells by utilizing the combination of blue, near-infrared, and red light.

How does Celluma LED Therapy work?

A half-circle shaped LED device is placed over the affected area of your face or body and you will be encouraged to close your eyes and relax while the LED and infrared lights are turned on and gently go to work to heal your skin.

The different wavelengths of light serve to address different skin issues.The photoreceptors that produce energy to fuel metabolic processes in the skin cells absorb this light. When the blue light penetrates through the epidermis, it kills the acne-causing bacteria. The Red light penetrates into the dermal layer and promotes collagen and elastin production which in turn improves skin texture and skin tone. The near-infrared light makes the deepest penetration, increases microcirculation, tissue-repair while decreasing the inflammation and pain.
